Report a concern

1. We acknowledge it. The form gives you a reference number straight away. If you leave an email, we write back.
2. We review it within 5 business days and tell you what we decided, if you gave us a way to reach you.
3. Anything illegal comes down immediately. We remove it while we review, report it to our payment processor, and report it to the authorities where the law requires.
4. A minor. If you believe someone under 18 is using Oathclaimed, we end that license and delete the data we hold for it.
5. A real person. Oathclaimed is fiction written in-house, with no images of real people and nothing uploaded by players. If you believe any part of it depicts or identifies you or another real person without consent, we take that content down immediately and keep it down unless we can establish consent.
6. Appeals. If you disagree with our decision, reply to our answer and someone who did not handle the first review will look at it again.
