Refund Policy
Try the intro first. Unlocks are final.
Effective October 2, 2026
Try before you unlock
The intro trial is a short, free taste of the Moonlit Court: a small hand of its cards, one pairing (the Savior and the Devoted) and no Story Mode. It ends at the gate to the Shadow Wood. It lets you see how Oathclaimed plays before you pay. Because of that, web unlocks of Oathclaimed and its tales are final once your license is issued, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind. You see and accept this policy before payment.
When we always refund
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same unlock.
- A charge you didn't make. We refund it and close the license it bought.
- Your unlock never arrived. You paid but never received access, and we can't fix it within 5 business days of hearing from you.
- It won't run. The game doesn't work on your device and browser, and we can't fix it.
Write to support@oathclaimed.com from the email you used at checkout, with the date of the charge. When a refund is issued, the license it paid for ends.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please talk to us before your bank
If you don't recognize a charge, look for your receipt email from Oathclaimed. If something is wrong, write to us first. We answer within 2 business days. A chargeback pauses your license while the dispute is open.
Where the law says otherwise
Nothing in this policy limits a refund right that the law where you live gives you and that can't be waived. Oathclaimed is sold in the United States at launch.
