What you play stays on your device

We keep only the email, license status and payment reference needed to sell and support the game. Nothing about how you play ever reaches us.

What we collect

What we never collect
Your card number (our payment processor handles it), your date of birth, and your roles, pairings, card history, safeword, pact answers or anything about your intimate life. Game choices and pact acceptance are stored only on your device. Clearing the game's data or uninstalling deletes them.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Your browser stores a small note that you confirmed you are 18 or older so we don't ask again, and the game stores your license and progress on your device. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals differently because we don't track you across sites.
Who we share with, and only for these purposes
- our payment processor: to take payment, prevent fraud and handle disputes. It is an independent controller of payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosting and database.
- Our email delivery provider: to send receipts, sign-in links and updates.
- An age-verification provider, only if the law or our processor ever requires one: it would return a pass or fail result, never your ID or date of birth.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent personal data, share it for targeted advertising, or use advertising trackers on the site or in the game.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or the list is retired. Order records for 7 years for tax purposes. Support emails and reports for 2 years. Technical logs for no more than 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to privacy@oathclaimed.com. We will answer within 45 days. Depending on where you live (for example Texas or California), you may have further legal rights, and you can appeal a decision by replying to our answer. We won't treat you differently for using them. If we must keep an order record for tax law, we'll delete everything else and tell you.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorized members of our team, and we collect as little as possible so there is little to lose. Card details are entered only on our processor's secure payment page.
18 or older only
Oathclaimed is not for anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected data from a minor, we delete it.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new effective date and email you about material changes.
